Photography and Recording Strictly Prohibited
At Hanamizuki, the following activities are strictly forbidden throughout the entire facility:

■Prohibited Activities■

• Any photography or video recording using cameras, smartphones, or video devices inside the
  facility
• Taking or sharing still images, videos, or audio recordings
• Recording or photographing other guests without permission (including through mirrors or
  glass)
• Posting or live streaming on SNS or video platforms
  ※These rules are in place to protect privacy and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.

■If Violated■

• Immediate removal from the premises (no refunds)
• Permanent ban from future entry
• Possible police report and legal action
• Civil compensation claims may be pursued for any damages
  ※These measures will be enforced immediately at the facility’s discretion.

■Important Notes■

• Excuses such as “I didn’t take any photos” or “It was just for fun” will not be accepted. All
  violations will be handled without exception.
• Bringing filming equipment (e.g., selfie sticks, GoPro, etc.) is also prohibited.
• For security purposes, surveillance cameras are installed in the facility. Recorded footage may
  be used as evidence in case of any disputes.
